Pimento Cheese Spread is great on sandwiches, burgers, veggies, chips… actually just about anything. Vegetarian and Gluten Free.
This bowl of Pimento Cheese Spread is one of those things that I really, Really have to use self control on. Can you tell my cheese lover mentality is really kicking in right about now?
No, but seriously this is one of my favorite things to snack on. I’ve bought some brands that were pretty darned tasty but I usually prefer to make my own. And it really doesn’t take long to prepare.
I could literally eat this everyday all day 🙂 and probably never tire of it. Think of all the various ways you could serve this.
Even just on a Spoon works for me!!!
Most of the time at our house dinner is usually fairly late. Between cooking, pictures of dinner etc.,etc…<– the life of a food blogger, you can get kind of hungry just waiting to eat. Poor hubby 🙁 not really though cause he does get to eat it all.
So prior to the actually eating of dinner we usually have various snacks on hand. I mean I can’t convince the husband to hang out for all these pictures without a few little snacks.
And this Pimento Cheese spread is also one of his favorites.
Yet another great way to get children and grownups for that matter, to eat all their veggies.
So pull out all those little green veggies you may have lingering back in the fridge(cause this is such an awesome way to eat them) and make a big bowl of this stuff. You’ll see what I’m talking about.
I’m going say bye for now, since my creative juices are just not flowing today wahh, wahh and go drown my sorrows in this big bowl of Chessy goodness. What a way to go?
