This Homemade Ranch Dip recipe is creamy, tangy and so easy to make in about 5 minutes. Great for dipping veggies or chips and makes the perfect appetizer for any party or gathering!
Ranch dip is one of our favorite dips to serve with a fresh vegetable tray! It's so much better than any of the store bought brands and couldn't be easier to make.
We also love to serve this with pizza for dipping or you can easily use it for salad dressing!
If using this dip as a salad dressing I recommend thinning it out with buttermilk or whole milk to desired consistency.

Frequently asked questions?
If properly stored and sealed in will last in the fridge about 10-14 days.
It's best stored in an airtight glass container in the fridge.
No. Freshly squeezed lemon juice is used for tanginess so buttermilk isn't necessary.
I don't recommend freezing it as it can change the texture and the flavor slightly.

Ranch is my favorite and I love homemade!

This is so good, and it's so nice to not have to buy the buttermilk. Like you, I just don't use it that often - it's really just for making ranch or for soaking chicken. So I don't always have it on hand. But I do keep everything else in my fridge all the time. Easy!
Stephanie
Thanks Jennifer 😍
