And garlic cheese biscuits are great for dunking into a creamy bowl of homemade tomato soup.

We also love to use them as a breakfast biscuit or even as a low carb bun for veggie burgers.

These are seriously one of our favorite low carb biscuits since they work well with so many meals.

Do they turn out very garlic-oniony? Wondering how they would be for a breakfast biscuit with honey or jam?

I don't notice them being super garlicky or oniony? You could always leave the garlic and onion out. But personally I'd eat them as a breakfast biscuit with some honey! πŸ˜‹ Let me know if you try them.

I’m newly allergic to nuts and can’t have almond flour so thanks for making this! We didn’t have the onion powder so it definitely was coconut tasting BUT we didn’t mind! Next time we’ll have it.

I've been meaning to play around with coconut flour a bit more - I agree I quite like the taste though it doesn't go with everything and is a little different in how it interacts with other ingredients. These sound interesting and might have to go on my to try list.

Katherine I honestly haven't had a regular flour biscuit in years since going gluten free. But I can tell you that from what I remember these are better than an other biscuit I made before going gluten free. They are light and just slightly dense. I love the flavor of the coconut flour in these. Hope this helps πŸ™‚
