    These Roasted Pecans are an easy snack that comes together in less than fifteen minutes. And with Only 4 ingredients needed including the pecans. A sweet and salty treat special enough for the holidays or parties. Vegan, Paleo, GF, No Added Refined Sugar.

    Maple Cinnamon Roasted Pecans (Vegan, GF, & Paleo)

    Pecans roasted with maple syrup and cinnamon are perfect for snacks and appetizers for parties & the holidays.

    Prep Time 5 minutes minutes
    Cook Time 10 minutes minutes
    Total Time 15 minutes minutes
    Servings 2 cups

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups pecan halves
    • 1 tbsp. coconut oil (unrefined)
    • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
    • ½ tsp. cinnamon
    • sea salt
    Prevent your screen from going dark

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Meanwhile melt coconut oil over low heat in small sauce pan.
    • Add maple syrup and cinnamon to coconut oil and stir.
    • Pour maple syrup mixture over pecan halves and stir to coat.
    • Spread pecans out on baking sheet and sprinkle generously with sea salt.
    • Bake in preheated oven 8-10 minutes.

    Notes

    Make sure to watch the pecans closely especially towards end and stir as necessary to keep from over browning.
    Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container or zip lock bag.

      Love how these are only lightly coated. Many similar recipes are so overly sweet. These are just right for an appetizer or healthy snack!

      Nicely done. I love to include nuts on our charcuterie board every holiday get together to go along with the various cheeses and meats. These are going to have a little spot of their own. I appreciate the recipe.

      I LOVE sweet and savory pecans. They're one of my favorite things to snack on, throw in salads and even sprinkle on ice cream sundaes. Love the maple cinnamon version!
