    This Pumpkin Smoothie recipe made with cold coffee and pumpkin spice is the perfect way to start the day. A healthy pumpkin smoothie recipe that's packed with all the flavors of pumpkin pie in an easy to make smoothie. Vegan, Gluten free, Healthy, Dairy free.

    Ingredients for this pumpkin smoothie

    coffee, banana, pumpkin puree, plant based milk, maple syrup, pumpkin spice.

    Ingredient notes

    • Banana- use one frozen banana. To easily freeze, cut the banana into slices and lay on baking pan lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour until frozen solid.
    • Coffee- cold brewed coffee.
    • Pumpkin puree- Use the plain pumpkin puree and not the pumpkin pie puree.
    • Plant based milk- unsweetened almond milk or any of your favorite milks.
    • Pumpkin pie spice- if you don't have this you can substitute with a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
    • Maple syrup- can be adjusted based on how sweet you like your smoothie.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup cold brewed coffee
    • ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
    • ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 frozen banana
    • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
    Prevent your screen from going dark

    Instructions

    • Place all ingredients in high speed blender and mix till combined.
    • Serve immediately or store covered in a mason jar in the fridge.

      I love adding frozen pumpkin cubes to my smoothies for a veggie boost year round. Love how your smoothie really emphasizes all the pumpkin goodness!

      I always have leftover pumpkin in the fridge too; this is the absolute best way to use it up!! I am totally obsessed with pumpkin now and I want to eat it and drink it haha!!

        Love your recipes and how simple you make them. But why bananas in every coffee smoothie recipe??? What can be substituted for that banana?? Please. Thank you!!

          I've only tested this recipe using frozen banana so anything else you substitute is going to alter the flavor some. You could try frozen cauliflower, avocado or even frozen mangos. Let me know if you give it a try.
