    This Mimosa cocktail is garnished with cinnamon sticks & fresh cranberries. A tasty light cocktail that is perfect for a  holiday celebration or special brunch. Vegan & Gluten Free.

    So cheers 🎉 my friends to another year here at AFCJ and the perfect way to celebrate is with a classic Mimosa cocktail.

    This Mimosa recipe is a classic and super easy to make. Perfect for a holiday celebration or special brunch. Champagne and orange juice combined for the perfect tasty drink and garnished with cinnamon sticks and cranberries. Vegan & GF.

    And this drink is a great choice for sooo many reasons....

    The Mimosa Cocktail is...

    • Light, flavorful & easy to prepare

    • Made with a sparkling wine so perfect for celebrations

    • Can be made with only 2 ingredients or...

    • Garnished with cranberries & cinnamon sticks

    And if you've never had a Mimosa then I think you'll want to try this just for the flavor and the ease of preparing.

    Tips for making the perfect Mimosa cocktail drink:

    Chill your sparkling wine or champagne prior to making Mimosas

    Use a good quality orange juice or even fresh squeezed

    Pour the bubbly in the glasses first before adding juice

    Orange Cinnamon Mimosa Cocktail

    An easy to prepare cocktail containing orange juice and champagne perfect for a light brunch or entertaining.

    Ingredients

    • 1 bottle of Extra Dry Champagne
    • 1 bottle of Orange juice
    • Cinnamon sticks
    • optional garnishes:
    • orange slices
    • cranberries

    Instructions

    • Mix equal parts of champagne and orange juice in glasses starting with bubbly first.
    • If using champagne glasses you can add a extra long tooth pick in cinnamon stick so it floats above the glass.
    • Garnish with orange slices and cranberries.

    Notes

    The quantity of drinks vary depending on the type of glasses you use.

      Sipping on mimosas is a favorite addition to a brunch menu. Love how easy it is to turn a meal pretty and festive with an easy cocktail. I haven't tried adding cinnamon. It sounds wonderful!!

      It's a health drink. That's what I'm going to tell myself next Sunday brunch-) I love the cinnamon idea. The cranberry garnish is really nice too.
