White Bean dip garnished with fresh rosemary and olive oil

This White Bean dip is seriously so good and simple to make that it's sure to become one of your go to snacks or appetizers!

And if you're a fan of easy bean dips and hummus like we are...

Then you'll wanna add this one to the rotation, since it's fresh, flavorful and only requires a handful of ingredients!

And if you're into spicy dips, then you should really try this Black Bean Hummus recipe which is a favorite of ours!

    INGREDIENTS FOR WHITE BEAN DIP

    • White Beans- cannellini beans is what I used
    • Garlic cloves
    • Lemon juice
    • Olive oil
    • Rosemary- fresh

cannellini beans, lemon, rosemary, olive oil, garlic

    HOW TO MAKE THIS DIP

There really isn't a lot to this recipe which is Why you'll find yourself making it all the time.

Just start by juicing the lemon, mincing the garlic and chopping up the fresh rosemary.

Then add all the ingredients to the food processor and give it a whirl!

    See it's really that simple.

WHAT TO SERVE WITH WHITE BEAN DIP

It's great served as a snack with tortilla chips, veggies, and crackers.

Just cut up some veggies and place on a platter with the dip along with chips and crackers... Super easy & delicious last minute appetizer.

Or you can also spread it on a wrap for an easy healthy lunch!

    RECIPE NOTES & SUBSTITUTIONS

You can use navy beans in place of the cannellini beans if that's what you have readily available.

Dried rosemary could be used in place of fresh, but I highly recommend using the fresh!

But if using dried rosemary, you'll want to adjust the amount to about ½ tsp. since the dried herbs are more concentrated.
