    Garlic Lovers Dill Pickle Pizza

So today I wanted to share with you something Really really easy to prepare and now one of my new favorite pizza combinations.

Garlic Lovers Dill Pickle Pizza is loaded with fresh garlic, dill pickles and cheese. All topped on a gluten free crust for the perfect easy tasty dinner. Vegetarian and Gluten Free.

If you've been following my blog a while you probably already know I love pizza.<---Well food in general but for an easy tasty dinner it's Pizza hands down⇓.

Hence I set out to make as many flavorful combinations as possible to share with you.

And since pickles and cheese just happen to be two of my favorite foods...major brainstorm...Why not top on a pizza??

    Garlic Lovers Dill Pickle Pizza

This one is for all my pickle and cheese lover friends..my daughter Samantha  😉

I can so remember many a days I would reach in the fridge for some cheese and she'd ask if I had any pickles.

PLEASE...you're asking the original pickle and cheese snacker..  Haha!! 😆

This is something I grew up eating so much that pretty soon I just became associated with pickles and cheese.

Not really a bad thing at all.

Guess it really isn't too odd of a combination if that many people like it.

I’m a fan of saucy pizza so I used roasted garlic Alfredo sauce as well and it was delicious. Diced up some baby dills to put on mine. Delicious. My grandma wasn’t a fan but she’s not a pickle lover.

Made this last night and had to come back and say THANK YOU - it was amazing. I whipped it up while chatting with a friend and we intended for there to be leftovers for my husband to try, but that didn’t work out, it was too good. We were trying to think of ways to easily make mini bite size versions.

Notes: I used Whole Food’s 365 Organic brand cauliflower crust that crisped up beautifully, but a bit faster than yours.

I'm going to try this pizza. I may roast the garlic first and put some red onions on it too.

This is such an interesting looking pizza! It actually looks really good. I think the tartness of the pickle would cut through the other flavors really well. I am actually thinking I'm going to make this really soon at home! Thank you for sharing this great recipe!
