First of all I want to say that I'll probably never tire of coming up with different variations for pizza, but today I want to share with you thus far My Three Favorite Pizza Combinations. All Vegetarian and Gluten Free.
It definitely was not an easy decision since I found each and everyone of them super tasty. But judging by my husband's opinion and also comments and shares on them it seemed like these would be the most popular ones.
So if you find yourself craving a different kind of pizza I would recommend trying one of these.
First up, the Mexican Pizza. And to be honest I probably hadn't tried a Mexican pizza since maybe having one at a Taco bell years ago.
This goes above and beyond that in so many ways. It is really not complicated to make and well worth the effort so check out the recipe and give it a try.
Next up, Vegetarian Pineapple Pizza. This has a nice little subtle sweetness, and by adding the peppers it just kind of brings out the flavors even more.
Please if you try this make sure to get a Fresh Pineapple. Well worth the effort of cutting it up.
And last but not least, the Philly Cheese Pizza. This brings back so many memories of the Philly Cheese Steak subs I used to eat years ago before becoming vegetarian.
It's just a classic and I can't imagine that anyone would not love this one.
If that doesn't have your mouth watering nothing will.
Now with all of my pizza I chose a gluten free prepared crust made by Against the Grain. But feel free to use any prepared pizza crust of choice. I mean after all it's not as much the crust as it is what you top it with.
