Okay friends this Chocolate Fudge recipe I'm sharing today is going be a great addition to your busy holiday season....

Cause between decorating, baking cookies and shopping I know how hectic it can get this time of year.

But in steps fudge... fast, easy and something you can easily prep in a matter of minutes.

Some of my favorite holiday treats are easy ones that don't require a lot of ingredients or prep...

And these Snowball cookies would also fall into the category of easy, fast & delicious along with these Chocolate Coconut Balls.

HOW TO MAKE THIS CHOCOLATE FUDGE RECIPE

(Full instructions in Recipe Card below)

This is so super simple that you'll probably find yourself making it year around.

You just need to gather your three ingredients and chopped nuts... if you like nuts in your fudge like we do...

Then you melt them together over a double broiler till smooth & creamy.

INGREDIENTS FOR THIS EASY CHOCOLATE FUDGE

    • Dark Chocolate Chips
    • Almond Butter- or another nut butter such as cashew or peanut butter
    • Coconut Oil- unrefined
    • Chopped Pecans- optional

dark chocolate chips, almond butter, coconut oil, chopped pecans

Stir in chopped nuts if desired, then pour into parchment lined loaf pan and chill in freezer for approximately one hour.

chocolate fudge in loaf pan before chilling it

Remove from freezer and allow to sit at room temperature 5-10 minutes prior to slicing into pieces.

RECIPE NOTES FOR MAKING CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Gently lift fudge out of loaf and place on cutting board to slice.

If you're trying to achieve even uniform sizes of fudge you can measure size of your pan and cut accordingly.

One inch size pieces will give you approximately 21 slices of fudge.

Once sliced store in airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks or freezer for longer storage.

    SUBSTITUTIONS FOR MAKING THIS

You could use semi-sweet chocolate chips if you prefer.

Cashew butter or peanut butter instead of almond butter.

Leave out nuts altogether or substitute pecans with walnuts, macadamia nuts, or almonds would all be good choices.
