What can I use instead of coconut milk?
Stephanie
I haven't personally tested it with another milk, but I would suggest trying unsweetened almond milk. Let me know if you give it a try.
Riya
Hi
The recipe looks yummm, can it be made eggless?
Stephanie
Hi Riya, I haven't personally tested this recipe eggless, but you could probably replace them with flax eggs. Hope this helps and let me know if you try it!
Ruby
I really liked the addition of cocoa powder in this recipe. It was very moist but lacked the texture that “banana bread” normally has. The texture was more cake like and pretty much melts in your mouth - not bad, just not what I was hoping for in a banana bread.
Jen
Your suggestion to spread peanut butter on it is GENIUS!! I can't wait to take my first bite.
