And I was ALWAYS so guilty of gravitating towards the jalapeno pub cheese every time I went shopping..

Since I can easily whip up a homemade version that is 💯 times better.
What EXACTLY is Pub Cheese?
It's basically just a soft cheese dip or spread in which cheese is the primary ingredient.
I've tried many store brand versions of it but none of them come close to the flavor and texture of this homemade spreadable cheese dip.
Can I make this Jalapeno Cheese Dip ahead?
Yes.. it's actually better after the flavors have more time to blend. I'd give it a couple hours before serving but you can also serve it right away.
Just store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Jalapeno Cheese Dip (GF, Low Carb)
- 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup mayo
- ¼ cup pickled jalapeno slices diced
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- Using small grate on box grater finely shred cheddar cheese and put in mixing bowl.
- Add mayo, diced jalapeno, garlic and onion powder and mix with fork till everything is thoroughly combined.
- Store in airtight container in the fridge till ready to serve.
