    Workout for Glutes

    Hi Guys,  hope you've been having an enjoyable weekend!

    I must say though the weather around here is a bit crazy. You go from wearing summer clothes to winter within a day. But it is the first day of Spring so hopefully it will soon be a little more predictable.

    Regardless of the weather, who doesn't want a nice looking view from the rear. So gals and guys for that matter if you're looking to tone up the Butt this is an awesome quick workout.

    I mean us gals want our fellows to have a nice looking butt as well.

    I did this workout and I can tell you I really felt the burn on several of these exercises. You know it's working when you feel the pain.

    So jump right in with PopSugar Fitness and give this one a try. I think you might agree to add this to your exercise routine.
