As predicted the snowfall arrived. It was kind of pretty for a change especially since we were dry,warm and had no power outages. So I'm definitely thankful for that. Sometimes I think we all need to spend more time being grateful for what we have instead of what we don't. Anyway with that being said I just wanted to share with you a quick Upper body workout. I tend to spend a lot more time on core exercises.. I think it's just an obsession of mine. So I wanted to get in a little upper body today.
Whatever your fitness level, it's important to keep moving. You don't have to do a lot everyday but just try to fit in some short workouts if you can.
