    Quick Weekend Workout

    Happy Friday Everyone! Hope you're looking forward to a relaxing and productive weekend or at least relaxing. I wanted to share another workout with you before the start of the weekend since I think it's always important to make time for yourself. Part of taking time for yourself means taking care of you. I think exercising is definitely a crucial part of it. And I know sometimes at least with me it's not the actual workout that I don't like, but trying to figure out what exercises or workout I'm going to do. Sometimes it's just easier if you've got someone encouraging you with what to do. So I hope that by sharing some workouts with  you I can do that. This workout is under 15 minutes so it's not going to take much of your weekend. It's got a lot of great cardio & some core moves.  So why not give it a try this weekend.Quick Weekend Workout

    I like to use a HIIT timer for these workouts. I recently downloaded one on Google Play called Seconds. It has various settings and I like the fact you can put in different songs for each exercise.seconds timerI've been using the Circuit Training Timer for my workouts and really like it.
