If you’ve got five minutes try out this short workout for the Core. It doesn’t take a lot of time to do effective workouts.
Hope everyone has been having a wonderful weekend thus far! I just tried out this short workout and thought this is great to add into the mix of workouts I’m already doing. I mean who doesn’t have five minutes for yourself.
I don’t know about everyone else, but if I had to find time to go to the gym every time I wanted to workout I’d probably not get in the exercise I feel like is important. Not knocking the gyms for sure, but sometimes it’s just easier to do it at home with no one watching and wearing whatever you want.
So anyway, if you try this one out let me know what you think. I’ll be sharing more of my workouts too in the future. Hopefully one day, I’ll get brave enough to do my own video.
