I have so many Pizza ideas still to come, but today I want to talk about Basil Pesto & Tomato Pizza. Yummy!!!
You know I'm definitely a pizza lover and so I never get bored talking about pizza. I mean who says pizza can't be healthy. Another one of my favorite pizza combos was the Brussel Sprouts and Mushrooms Pizza. You can put anything you like on a pizza and somehow it just seems to taste so much better.
So even if you think you don't like Brussel Sprouts give them a try on pizza. And if you've been following along on my blog you know that you can find lots of other Pizza Inspiration right here.
The only problem I have when sharing these pizza recipes is trying to get through the post without wanting to stop and eat. If only I had some of that pizza right now, but that was from weeks ago when I made this one.
Okay, I'll try to stop thinking about eating it and tell you that if you're not trying to get too creative with pizza and want a simpler, tasty one to try you should go with this Basil Pesto & Tomato Pizza.
So few ingredients and you don't even have to make your own Pesto. I recommend Stonewall Kitchens Basil Pesto. It was truly awesome and I will be using it again on other things.
I have made my own Pesto before but if you're just looking to prepare a quick pizza this is a good one to use.
And to me when I'm making Pizza I want it to be as easy as possible. That's kind of why I started making Pizza's on Saturday night. It was to give me a little bit of a break from trying to create new recipes. I still wanted them to taste awesome yet be a little more creative with the toppings.
So maybe you should try Basil Pesto & Tomato Pizza next time you're craving Pizza.

You're welcome Vicci! I think Brussel sprouts are an acquired taste. I used to not like them when I was younger but now I love them and they're even better on Pizza. Hope you'll consider it and let me what you think. 🙂
