I just wanted to share a workout that I find effective for the core and can be done in a short amount of time. Depending on how quickly you go through each exercise it can take anywhere from 6-10 minutes to complete.
I would personally say the Up and Down Planks are the most challenging, so if you are more of a beginner you can just start out with a goal of about 8-10 each set and work your way up. As with any workout do what is challenging for you and work your way up. I worked up a
nice sweat doing this workout so I'm going to make this a keeper in my rotations.
So have a Happy and productive weekend! And by productive I mean at least getting off the couch. If you're anything like me, I tend to hibernate and get a little lazier during the winter months.
