Exercise motivation

I think this is what so many people struggle with. If we can just remember it's about taking care of ourselves on the inside and not about how it is going to make you look on the outside. Tell yourself everyday if you need to. Exercise is what makes me feel good. Eating well is what makes me feel good. It's not about trying to look a certain way. I feel it's about achieving that healthy balance which makes you feel good everyday.
