Fruit Popsicles (Vegan, Paleo, Gluten Free)

These Coconut Water Fruit Popsicles are made with only 2 ingredients and are perfect for cooling off  on a warm day.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 18 ounces coconut water- no sugar added
  • 10 ounces frozen mixed berries

Instructions

  • Place equal amounts of frozen berries in popsicle molds.
  • Pour coconut water into molds covering berries.
  • Place top back on molds & insert popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze until firm about 3-4 hours or overnight.
  • Remove from the freezer about 15 minutes prior to serving.

These popsicles have no added sugars but if you prefer a little sweeter popsicle you could add a couple tablespoons of honey to the coconut water or use your favorite sweetener.
