Cinnamon Cashews

Cashews with subtle cinnamon and coconut flavor

  • 2 cups of raw cashews
  • 1 tbsp. of unrefined virgin coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt*
  • dash of cayenne pepper


  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees
  • Pour cashews into large mixing bowl
  • Add remaining ingredients and combine well
  • I usually just mix this all up with my hands cause coconut oil solidifies under about 75 degrees
  • Bake in preheated oven approximately 30 minutes stirring at least one time during cooking


*you can sprinkle with additional sea salt right after taking out of the oven if you want a little saltier flavor. I personally liked them without any extra salt but you can try it both ways and see what you like
