Easy Pea Salad
Green Peas with creamy mayo dressing make for a delicious Main dinner course or even a healthy lunch.

Salad ingredients:
- 1 16 ounce bag frozen green peas
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- ½ med. red bell pepper
- 4 ounces cubed cheddar cheese
Dressing ingredients:
- ½ cup mayo
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- salt & pepper to taste
Place frozen green peas in colander and rinse in cold water.
Drain well and put peas in medium mixing bowl. Add onion, and red pepper and stir to combine.
Top with cubed cheddar cheese
In separate bowl mix mayo, sour cream, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill weed and salt & pepper to taste.
Pour over green pea mixture and mix well.
