Ingredients

  • 1 15.5 ounce can garbanzo beans
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. tahini
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • tsp. cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste
  • optional: pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • Put all of the above ingredients in the food processer and pulse until smooth.
  • Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

Garnished hummus with raw pumpkin seeds.
