Black Bean Quinoa Burgers (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free)
These Black Bean Quinoa Burgers are easy to make in one bowl. Grill, bake or pan fry these burgers.

Preheat oven or grill to 400 degrees
Drain and rinse black beans and mash or pulse with food processor till desired consistency.
Add to mixing bowl with remaining ingredients and combine.
Form into equal sized patties and place on baking pan in preheated oven or brush with olive oil and place on preheated grill.
Bake 10-12 minutes and turn over and continue to cook about 8-10 more minutes.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings or cool completely and freeze.
tip- refrigerate the mixture at least 30 minutes prior to shaping into patties. This makes for easier handling.
