White Bean Dip (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Easy)
This White Bean Dip is made with only a handful of ingredients and comes together quickly. Great for a flavorful last minute snack or appetizer.
Drain and rinse the cannellini beans and place in food processor.
Add minced garlic, and lemon juice and pulse till blended.
Slowly add in olive oil and combine till creamy.
Then add in fresh rosemary, salt, black pepper to taste and dash of cayenne pepper and pulse again till combined.
Best if allowed to chill at least an hour prior to serving.
Store dip in airtight container in fridge for up to five days.
