Dark Chocolate Cashew Nut Butter Cups

These are bite sized little sweet treats perfect for a snack or healthy dessert. Dark chocolate and nut butter combined into an easy to prepare treat great for almost any occasion.

Instructions

  • Line mini muffin tin with 16 liners.
  • Mix cashew nut butter with coconut flour & place in freezer while melting chocolate.
  • Melt chocolate in double broiler over medium heat with coconut oil.
  • Spoon 1 tsp. of melted chocolate into bottom of each muffin liner.
  • Place in freezer about 10 minutes. Just long enough to harden.
  • Remove from freezer and spoon about ½ tsp. of nut butter on top of chocolate.
  • Spoon remaining melted chocolate equally among cups.
  • Return to freezer for approximately 15 minutes to harden.

Notes

Can use any nut butter of choice.
Optional: Sprinkle tops with coarse flaky sea salt
Store in covered container in fridge.
