Ingredients

  • 6 cups broccoli florets
  • ½ cup red onion finely diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • handful of freshly chopped dill
  • •salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In large mixing bowl combine trimmed broccoli florets with diced red onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • In separate small mixing bowl add mayo, sour cream, white wine vinegar and combine well
  • Stir in garlic powder, & fresh dill weed.
  • Pour over broccoli florets, onions, and combine well
  • Add salt & pepper to taste

Notes

Better if allowed to chill at least one hour prior to serving
