- 6 cups broccoli florets
- ½ cup red onion finely diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- handful of freshly chopped dill
- •salt & pepper to taste
In large mixing bowl combine trimmed broccoli florets with diced red onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
In separate small mixing bowl add mayo, sour cream, white wine vinegar and combine well
Stir in garlic powder, & fresh dill weed.
Pour over broccoli florets, onions, and combine well
Add salt & pepper to taste
