  • Preheat oven 375 degrees
  • Thinly slice the yellow squash and set aside.
  • In medium mixing bowl combine bread crumbs and spices.
  • Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  • Dip squash in eggs, then in bread crumb mixture and place on large baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 minutes turning once.
