- 1 ½ cups whole coffee beans
- 6 cups filtered water
Coarsely grind whole coffee beans and place in large mason jar.
Add room temperature filtered water and give a quick stir.
Cover mason jar, seal, refrigerate and let coffee sit 12-24 hours.
Strain coffee using a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth or clean kitchen towel.
Pour into carafe or large sealable jar and store in the fridge.
