How to Make Cold Brew Coffee

An easy recipe on how to make the best cold brew coffee at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups whole coffee beans
  • 6 cups filtered water

Instructions

  • Coarsely grind whole coffee beans and place in large mason jar.
  • Add room temperature filtered water and give a quick stir.
  • Cover mason jar, seal, refrigerate and let coffee sit 12-24 hours.
  • Strain coffee using a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth or clean kitchen towel.
  • Pour into carafe or large sealable jar and store in the fridge.
