Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee cold
  • 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt full fat
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger & allspice
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup*
  • optional:
  • coconut cream or milk for topping or stirred in
  • dash of nutmeg or cinnamon on top

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in high speed blender and mix till combined.
  • Serve immediately with optional toppings.

Notes

*can adjust the amount of maple syrup depending on how sweet you like it.
Vegan option: use non dairy yogurt.
can substitute 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice if you don't have all those individual spices.
