Garlic Cheddar Biscuits (Low Carb, Gluten Free)
These Garlic Cheddar Biscuits are cheesy, light and delicious. Perfect with any meal or as a snack.
Servings: 9 biscuits
- 2 cups blanched almond flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. dried parsley
- 6 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream- full fat
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line baking pan with parchment paper.
Add almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, dried parsley, and butter to food processor and pulse till combined and crumbly.
Then add eggs and sour cream and pulse again till thoroughly incorporated.
Next add shredded cheddar cheese and give a quick pulse till combined.
Use ice cream scoop to get equal portions and spoon on to lined baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven 12-15 minutes till lightly browned.
