Jalapeno Cheese Dip (GF, Low Carb)
This Jalapeno Cheese dip is super easy to make and is great for spreading on bread, crackers or served with veggies.
- 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno slices diced
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
Using small grate on box grater finely shred cheddar cheese and put in mixing bowl.
Add mayo, diced jalapeno, garlic and onion powder and mix with fork till everything is thoroughly combined.
Store in airtight container in the fridge till ready to serve.
Can add more or less jalapeno depending on how spicy you like it.
Better is allowed to chill at least an hour prior to serving.
