Easy Raspberry Vinaigrette (Vegan, GF, Paleo)
This Raspberry Vinaigrette is super easy to prepare and perfect for topping on salads. Bursting with fresh raspberry flavor.
- 1 cup raspberries
- 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
- salt & pepper to taste
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse till smooth, creamy and combined.
Store in covered glass jar in the fridge.
