OMG, I LOVE ginger molasses cookies, and they MUST be soft and chewy! Seriously, they were the first batch of holiday cookies I made last year, and since my husband hates them, I got to eat them ALL myself! It was glorious! I'm thinking I need a repeat performance and I need to make yours STAT! They look heavenly! Cheers!!
