Happy Valentine's Day everyone!!! Hope everyone is enjoying their day. Thought it was a good time to share a quick workout, since I figured everyone probably loaded up on the chocolates. And my thoughts on exercise are not to make excuses but just do it. I always feel better afterwards. I tend to always stick to short workouts cause they seem to be the most effective for me. So try this one out and let me know what you think? If you are a beginner you may want to set your timer for 10-20 seconds per exercise. My husband did this with me and he said it was a good workout but beginners should probably start out slow.
I also wanted to share with you this new HIIT timer I downloaded on my phone. It's called Seconds and you can download it in google play. I loved it because I could plug in the exercise and set each exercise to a different song. It was really pretty cool and made the exercises a little less grueling.
