Okay, so I just wanted to say that with the holidays and everything else going on this time of year it's sometimes hard to fit in everything you'd like. I think fitness is so important and you should try to incorporate some exercises into your daily routine. So I'm hoping you can get inspired by some of these really short workouts that I want to share with you over the holidays. They can also be really useful anytime of the year.
I personally prefer to do short HIIT workouts. I always feel like I get more bang for my buck. Five to ten minutes of pushing myself to the max is somehow more appealing to me than working out for an hour or two at a time. So here is a workout I tried today and felt pretty good after doing it.
Cardio is not usually my favorite thing unless it's running outside.
If you don't already have a HIIT interval training timer on your phone I highly recommend them. It's just much easier to keep up with your times.
